There's lots going on in this class prepared to be empowered. You will use a static boxing bag, light hand weights and learn how to shadow boxing (non-contact).  This class is for all abilities and a great workout.

Enjoy working as part of a group in the outdoors to improve your fitness. You will learn a lot of different exercises as you move around the strength and pulse raiser stations as part of this full body work out. Our instructor will show you the exercises so you can work at your own pace during the circuit. This class welcomes anyone new to fitness or those who are already on their fitness journey.
