Total Body Fitness - Tuesday 10am-11am at at Austin Hous with Tracy
'Tuesdays Total Body Fitness class uses the P90X format of four different sections targeting:
- Cardio conditioning
- Lower body strength
- Upper body strength
- Core strength
All set to great music to keep you energised, and using a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises using dumbbells and kettlebells.
Modifications are given so that different levels of abilities are able to take part. You work to your own level of fitness and do what you're able to do.'

SH1FT - Wednesday 9.30am-10.30am At Austin House with Tracy
SH1FT FITNESS - is a group fitness platform offering a variety of Smart High Intensity Functional Training formats, including BL1TZ, L1FT, R1ZE, and STR1KE.
These classes are designed to be adaptable for all fitness levels.
- BL1TZ: Smart high intensity functional training using bodyweight, building speed, balance, and agility.
- L1FT: Strength and conditioning with smart progressions and adaptable options.
- R1ZE: High intensity functional training using a step
- STR1KE: MMA-inspired cardio training.

Pads and Gloves - Thursday 9.45am-10.45am at Austin House with Tracy
There lots going on in this class. You will use a static boxing bag, light hand weights and learn how to shadow boxing (non-contact).
- Great stress relief
- Improves coordination, strength, cardiovascular fitness.
- Promotes Weight Loss.
- It's a fantastic mental workout too

Bootcamp - Friday 5pm-6pm at Thompson Park Tennis Courts with Lewis
Enjoy working as part of a group in the outdoors to improve your fitness. You will lean lot of different exercises as you move around the strength and pulse raiser stations as part of this full body work out. Our instructor will show you the exercises so you can work at your own pace during the circuit.
