The University of Sunderland has approximately 20,000 students at its four campuses worldwide, in Sunderland, London and Hong Kong, and with our international partners in 14 countries around the world.

In March 2018, the University was successful in their bid to open a new School of Medicine, with the first students starting their MBChB Medicine course in September 2019.
