UKSPF Funding

Sunderland City Council has an allocation of the Government-led UK Shared Prosperity Fund, which is being channelled into projects that support the social and economic priorities of the city. 

Businesses can tap into a range of UKSPF-backed projects supporting SMEs, including a skills programme powered by the University of Sunderland, that delivers training and development support; financial assistance for enterprises looking to make energy savings improvements; start up assistance to enable people to turn ideas into a business and sector specific programmes for businesses in esports, automotive, screen and creative industries among others.
