Access to Business Support in Sunderland
Sunderland City Council's Business Investment Team are hosting an event for local businesses and intermediaries to outline funding opportunities to support growth and innovation. The event will be held on Tuesday 8 July 2025 in the Mayor's Parlour, City Hall , Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA between 1pm- 3.30pm.
Sunderland based businesses are invited to this FREE event which will showcase the range of support programmes available in the city, including grants, investment and practical support to assist businesses to start-up, grow and expand.
Attendees will be given a short presentation from a range of speakers and opportunities to network with other businesses and meet the experts delivering support in the city.

1:20pm - Presentations from British E-Sports, Sunderland City Council, BIPC, UMI, North East BIC, RTC, NBSL
2:00pm - Refreshments and Networking
2:15pm - Presentations from University of Sunderland, Big Issue Invest, North East Creative Growth Programme, British Business Bank, NorthStar, Business Enterprise Fund, FW Capital and DBT
3:00pm - Networking
3:30pm - Close
