Ukraine Independence Day Event

Come and celebrate Ukrainian Independence Day at this fundraising event organised by the Sunderland For Ukraine group. This special concert will bring together professional Ukrainian singers and volunteers who have arrived in the UK under the Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme.

There will also be handmade gifts, homemade cakes and a display of artwork that will feature in the forthcoming 'Soul of Ukraine' exhibition, which opens in Whitley Bay later this month.

All funds raised will be sent to ex British and Polish militaries who are helping to evacuate civilians from the warzone.
